The Capital Market Authority Announces the Initial Public Offering of Saudi Integrated Telecommunication Company

The CMA Board has issued its resolution number (4-12-2011) on 6/5/1432H (10/4/2011G) approving the initial public offering of (35,000,000) shares, which represent (35%) of Saudi Integrated Telecommunication Company’s share capital. The offer price will be (SAR 10) per share, and the subscription period will be from 28/5/1432H (2/5/2011G) to 5/6/1432H (8/5/2011G). As part of the offering, a total number of (5,000,000) shares will be allocated to the General Organization for Social Insurance pursuant to the Council of Ministers resolution number (40) on 18/2/1429H and Royal Decree number (M/5) on 19/2/1429H.

 

The prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the subscription period. The prospectus includes all relevant information that the investor needs to know before making an investment decision, including the company's financial statements, activities and management.
