The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Muscat Capital Company

Muscat Capital Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SR 75,000,000  to  SR 100,000,000.

 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 06/05/1432H, corresponding to 10/04/2011, its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase it’s capital from SR 75,000,000  to  SR 100,000,000.
