GIB Capital Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its business profile and authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. )3-39-2007) dated 08/07/1428H, corresponding to 22/07/2007G, by cancelling its Dealing as an Agent license. 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today, Sunday 06/05/1432H, corresponding to 10/04/2011G, approving the amendment of the Business Profile of GIB Capital Company by cancelling its Dealing as an Agent license. GIB Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as a Principal & Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody.
