Financial Transaction House, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (1–107-2005) dated on 13/09/1426H, corresponding 16/10/2005, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advising.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 06/05/1432H, corresponding to 10/04/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for Financial Transaction House based on its request.
