Haykalah Financial Consulting Company, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (10–42-2007) dated on 01/08/1428H, corresponding 14/08/2007, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advising.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 10/07/1432H, corresponding to 12/06/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for Haykalah Financial Consulting Company based on its request.
