ASR Capital, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (2–167-2006) dated on 03/04/1427H, corresponding 01/05/2006, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advising.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 10/07/1432H, corresponding to 12/06/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for ASR Capital based on its request.
