The CMA Board has issued its resolution number (5-20-2011) on 10/07/1432H (12/06/2011G) approving the public offering of Saudi International Petrochemical Company’s sukuk. The total offering size will be determined at a later stage by the Company. The prospectus will be published to the public soon.
