The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the Saudi Real Estate Co. due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and Article (25) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA and the market about signing a contract to create and prepare an Administrative Headquarters for King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy at the Aqariyah Plaza Building for an annual sum of 49 million Saudi Riyals for the duration of three years. It was later announced on 01/08/2010.
