The Investor for Securities had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its Business Profile and Authorization which was issued  by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution No. (8-219-2006) dated on 3/12/1427H, corresponding to December 24, 2006G by adding Dealing as Underwriter.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today Sunday, 6/1/1432H corresponding to  12/12/2010 G, the approval for amending the Business Profile of The Investor for Securities by adding Dealing as Underwriter activity to its business profile. The Investor for Securities  is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, as Agent and as underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody.
