Wasatah Capital Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its business profile and Authorisation which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (1- 201- 2006) dated 27/7/1427H, corresponding to 21/8/2006G by cancelling its Dealing as an Agent license.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today Sunday 6/1/1432H, corresponding to 12/12/2010G, the approval for amending the Business Profile of Wasatah Capital Company by canceling Dealing as an Agent activity. Wasatah Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as a Principal & Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody in the Securities Business.
