Al Mal Capital Saudi, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. 3-185-2006 dated on 25/5/1427H, corresponding 21/6/2006, to conduct the securities business of Dealing as Agent and Resolution no. 7-17-2010 dated on 23/6/1431H, corresponding 6/6/2010, to conduct the securities business of Dealing as Principal and Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolio, Arranging, Advising, Custody.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today, Sunday 7/2/1433H, corresponding to 1/1/2012, approving for cancellation of the authorization for Al Mal Capital Saudi, based on its request.
