The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution numbered (6-1-2012) and dated 7/2/1433H corresponding to 1/1/2012 to impose a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. due to it’s violation of clause (E) of Article (12) of the Corporate Governance Regulations. The company did not comply with the specified number of the independant members of its Board of directors.
