The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Malaz Capital Company

Malaz Capital Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SR 50,000,000  to  SR 60,000,000.

 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 07/02/1433H, corresponding to 01/01/2012, its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase its capital from SR 50,000,000  to  SR 60,000,000.
