The National Investor Company, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. 8–13-2008 dated on 23/3/1429H, corresponding 31/3/2008, to conduct the securities business of Dealing as principal and underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 27/1/1432H, corresponding to 2/1/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for The National Investor Company (TNI) based on its request.
