Arab Experts Capital, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. 3-41-2008 dated on 1/1/1430H, corresponding 29/12/2008, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advising.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 27/1/1432H, corresponding to 2/1/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for Arab Experts Capital based on its request.
