The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals)  on The Saudi Fisheries Company due to it’s violation of sub- clause (20) of clause (b) of  Article (27) of the Listing Rules.

The Board of Directors’ annual report for the year 2009 does not reflect any statement  of the value of the regular payments for any zakat, taxes, fees or any other entitlements with a brief description and explanation of its reasons.
