The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar) due to it’s violation of sub- clause (9) of clause (b) of Article (27) of the Listing Rules.
The Board of Directors’ report ,attached with the annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2009, does not reflect the Source’s policy in profits distribution.
