The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Samba Financial Group due to its violation of clause (E) of Article (26) of the Listing Rules. The Group announced its annual financial statements in 16/1/2011 and its Annual General Assembly meeting was held in 8/2/2011 without complying with the period specified in the clause referred to above.
