The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the Southern Province Cement Co. due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and clause (3) of Article (32) of the Listing Rules. The company was late in announcing the Board’s recommendation in its meeting held on 30/12/2010 to distribute the cash dividend for the second half of the fiscal year 2010.
