The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for National Industrialization Company through issuance of bonus shares

The CMA has approved National Industrialization Company request to increase its capital from SR 5,067,531,550 to SR 5,574,284,710 through issuing one bonus share for every ten existing shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the closing of trading on the day of the extraordinary general assembly. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SR 506,753,160 from share premium account to the company's capital. Consequently, increasing company's outstanding shares from (506,753,155 shares) to (557,428,471 shares), by an increase of (50,675,316 shares). The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the close of trading on the day of the extraordinary general assembly, which will be determined later by the company's board.
