Fransi Tadawul Company had requested the CMA to approve the Merger of CAAM Saudi Fransi and Calyon Saudi Fransi into Fransi Tadawul, change its name and amend its current Business Profile, which was licensed by the CMA’s Board of Commissioners under Resolution No. (3-7-2007) dated on 12/1/1428H, corresponding to 31st January 2007.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today Sunday 26/2/1432H, corresponding to 30/1/2011G, approving the following:

1. The Merger of CAAM Saudi Fransi and Calyon Saudi Fransi into Fransi Tadawul , amending the Business Profile of Fransi Tadawul Company by adding Dealing as Underwriter, Managing, Arranging and Advising.

2. The change in business profile of the merged entity “Fransi Tadawul Company” which is now authorized to conduct Dealing as a Principal, Agent, & Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody in the Securities Business,

3. Change in the name of “Fransi Tadawul Company” to “Saudi Fransi Capital”
