CAAM Saudi Fransi Limited Company, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. 4–23-2007 dated on 20/4/1428H, corresponding 7/5/2007, to conduct the securities business of Managing, Advising, and Custody.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 26/2/1432H, corresponding to 30/1/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for CAAM Saudi Fransi Limited Company based on its request.
