Dar Al-Mansour for Financial Consulting, had requested CMA to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. 8 -20-2008 dated on 14/5/1429H, corresponding to 19th May 2008, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advisingِ.

Based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorised Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners via its Resolution No. 1-83-2005 dated on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28th June 2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued today Sunday 23/6/1431H, corresponding to 6/6/2010, the approval for cancellation of the Authorization for Dar Al-Mansour for Financial Consulting based on its request.
