CMA approves the change of name for Al Mal Securities Saudi, and amends its license

Al Mal Securities Saudi had requested the CMA to change its name and amend its current Business Profile, which was issued by the CMA’s Board of Commissioners under Resolution No. (3-185-2006) dated on 25/5/1427H, corresponding to 21st   June 2006.

Based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (M/30) on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorised Persons Regulations issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners via its Resolution No. 1-83-2005 on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28th June 2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued on Sunday, 23/6/1431H corresponding to 6th  June, 2010, the approval to change the name of Al Mal Securities Saudi to “Al Mal Capital Saudi” and amending its Business Profile to now include conducting of the securities business activities of: Dealing as Principal, as Agent and as underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody.
