Gulf Financial Services Company has requested CMA to cancel the authorization which was issued by CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (9-42-2007) dated on 01/08/1428H, corresponding to 14/08/2007, to conduct securities business of Arranging and Advising.

Based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree no. (M/30) on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorized Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners on its Resolution No. (1-83-2005) on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28/6/2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued on 09/02/1431H, corresponding to 24/01/2010, under Resolution no. (3-5-2010), the approval for cancellation of the authorization of Gulf Financial Services Company based on its request.
