The Investor Financial Services Company has requested CMA to cancel the authorization which was issued by CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (5-35-2008) dated on 07/11/1429H, corresponding to 05/11/2008, to conduct securities business of Arranging and Advising.

Based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree no. (M/30) on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorized Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners on its Resolution No. (1-83-2005) on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28/6/2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued on 09/02/1431H, corresponding to 24/01/2010, under Resolution no. (4-5-2010), the approval for cancellation of the authorization of the Investor Financial Services Company based on its request.
