The Capital Market Authority approves the capital decrease request of KSB Capital Group

​KSB Capital Group has requested the approval to decrease its capital from SAR 300,000,000 to SAR 230,000,000.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to decrease its capital from SAR 300,000,000 to SAR 230,000,000.
