Imposition of a Penalty on Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company

​The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on  Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (40) of the Listing Rules and clause (9) of the Instructions for companies’ Announcements regarding their financial results. The company disclosed incorrect information under the element (External Auditor’s Report Containing Reservation) in its announcement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul)’s website for the period ending on 30/09/2014. It mentioned that the financial statements are reissued whereas the interim financial statements are not reissued.
