The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Arch Mamlaka Company

​Arch Mamlaka Company had requested the approval to increase its capital from SAR 2,000,000 to SAR 6,000,000.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 2,000,000 to SAR 6,000,000.
