The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Merrill Lynch KSA Company

​Merrill Lynch KSA Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 95,000,000 to SAR 143,000,000.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 95,000,000 to SAR 143,000,000.
