An announcement by CMA regarding the issuance of a CMA Board Resolution to file a suit at The Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) and complete the investigation in violating the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations

CMA announces a CMA board resolution to file a suit at the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) against the board members of Mohammad Al Mojil Group Company during its IPO stage and against some of the company’s executives and certified public accountants during the period from 2008 until 2011 as they have violated the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations and also to prove their responsibility to compensate those affected from buying the securities in question. The investigation in the related violations will continue with other parties and those violations related to the companies’ law and the certified public accountants regulations would be referred the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

By that, CMA emphasizes that the listed companies’ board members, executives and certified public accountants should commit to the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations
