Societe Generale Saudi Arabia had requested the approval to amend its business profile by cancelling its Dealing as Agent, Managing Investment Fund, Discretionary Portfolio Management, and Custody.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of  Societe Generale Saudi Arabia by cancelling its Dealing as Agent, Managing Investment Fund, Discretionary Portfolio Management, and Custody. Societe Generale Saudi Arabia is now authorized to conduct Arranging and Advising activities.
