The CMA announces application of a penalty of SR (50,000) on Saudi Advanced Industries Company for violation of clause (e) of Article (12) of the Corporate Governance Regulations. The company failed to abide by the independent members requirement on formation of it’s Board of Directors reflected in the Board of Directors report for the fiscal year closing on 31/12/2011.
