The CMA announces issuance of CMA Board regarding application of a penalty of SR (75,000) on Al Baha for Development and Investment Company (ABDICO) for violation of clause (a) of Article (9) of Corporate Governance Regulations. No mentioning is made in the Board of Directors decision attached with the annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2011 as to the corporate rules and regulations not observed by the company and the reasons thereof, with respect to clause (b) of Article (6) and items (1), (2), (3) and (5) of clause (e) of Article (10) and clause (b) of Article (14) and clause (b) of Article (15) of the Corporate Governance Regulations.
