Rana Investment Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its business profile which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (2-153-2006) dated 26/2/1427H, corresponding to 26/3/2006G, by cancelling its Dealing as Agent activity.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today, Sunday 16/1/1433H, corresponding to 11/12/2011G, approving the amendment of the Business Profile of Rana Investment Company by cancelling its Dealing as Agent activity. Rana Investment Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal and as Underwriter, Managing Client Portfolios, Managing Investment Funds, Arranging, Advising and Custody.
