Mizuho Saudi Arabia Company, had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to amend its business profile which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (6-35-2008) dated 7/11/1429H, corresponding to 5/11/2008G, by cancelling its Dealing as Agent, Managing – Investment Funds, Managing – Client Portfolio Management and Custody activities.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution today, Sunday 16/1/1433H, corresponding to 11/12/2011G, approving the amendment of the Business Profile of Mizuho Saudi Arabia Company by cancelling its Dealing as Agent, Managing – Investment Funds, Managing – Client Portfolio Management and Custody activities. Mizuho Saudi Arabia Company is now authorized to conduct Arranging and Advising.
