The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Emirates NBD Capital KSA LCC

Emirates NBD Capital KSA LCC had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 75,000,000.

 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 18/11/1432H, corresponding to 16/10/2011, its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 75,000,000.
