AlBilad Investment Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 200,000,000.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 18/11/1432H, corresponding to 16/10/2011, its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 200,000,000.
