The Capital Market Authority approved Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company request to increase its capital through issuance of bonus shares

The CMA has approved Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company request to increase its capital from SR 7,200 million to SR 10,800 million through issuing one bonus share for every  two existing  shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the closing of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SR 3,350 million from the statuary reserve and SR 250 million from retained earnings  to the company`s capital. Consequently, increasing company`s outstanding shares from 720 million shares to 1,080 million shares, by an increase of 360 million shares. The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the close of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the company`s board.
