The CMA has approved National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Company request to increase its capital from SR (204,451,560) to SR (255,564,450) through issuing one bonus share for every four shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the closing of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SR (38,334,668) from the share premium and SR (12,778,222) from retained earnings to the company`s capital. Consequently, increasing company`s outstanding shares from (20,445,156) shares to (25,556,445) shares, by an increase of (5,111,289) shares. The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the close of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the company`s board.
