The Capital Market Authority approved Saudi Hollandi Bank request to increase its capital through issuance of bonus shares

The CMA has approved Saudi Hollandi Bank request to increase its capital from SR 2,646,000,000 to SR 3,307,500,000 through issuing 1 bonus share for every existing 4 shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the closing of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SR 661,500,000 from the retained earnings to the company`s capital. Consequently, increasing company`s outstanding shares from 264,600,000 shares to 330,750,000 shares, an increase of 66,150,000 shares. The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the close of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the bank`s board.
