"Authorisation System" it’s a system that allows the users to apply for Authorisation to conduct Securities Business in the Kingdom, and to apply for amending or changing their granted license.
Authorisation Application Requirements:
- View the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations and related circulars.
- Fill out the Authorisation Application, and enclose the required documents.
- Provide a proof of trade name reservation from the Ministry of Commerce.
- Provide a proof of payment of Authorisation Application study fees.
- Fill out the Registration Application form for registrable function.
