As part of CMA’s regulatory responsibility to regulate and develop the Capital Market and protect citizens and investors, the Board has issued its resolution dated 02/07/1434H corresponding to 12/05/2013 to adopt the ratio of %10 (ten percent) of the stock price fluctuation limit of listed companies in the Saudi Stock Exchange on its first day of trading.
