The Capital Market Authority Announces the Public Offering of Arabian Aramco Total Service Company’s Sukuk

The CMA Board has issued its resolution number (2-25-2011) on 14/9/1432H (14/8/2011G) approving the public offering of Arabian Aramco Total Services Company’s sukuk. The total offering size will be determined at a later stage by the Company. The prospectus will be published to the public soon.
