A Reminder from CMA that the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Periods according to Article (33) of the Listing Rules will be as follows:

1-   For companies which fiscal interim period ends on 30/06/2011, the restriction period starts on 18/06/2011 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.

2-   For companies that follow the Hijri Calendar and which their fiscal year period ends on 29/07/1432 H corresponding 01/07/2011 (according to Umm Al-Qura Calendar), the restriction period starts on 16/07/1432 H corresponding 18/06/2011 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.
