Capital Advisory Group, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (1–188-2006) dated on 05/06/1427H, corresponding 01/07/2006, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advising.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 19/06/1432H, corresponding to 22/05/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization Capital Advisory Group based on its request.
