The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals)  on Red Sea Housing Services Co. (RSH) due to its violation of Article (25) of the Listing Rules. It failed to report the lawsuit raised against it by the Customs Administration of the Republic of Algeria.   

The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals)  on Red Sea Housing Services Co. (RSH) due to its violation of Article (25) of the Listing Rules. It failed to report the sentence from the Algerian Court as soon as it occurred. However, it was announced on 05-07-2010.
