The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Al Ahsa Development Company due to its violation of clause (a) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and Article (25) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to notify CMA and the public about the lawsuit against it of (24,500,000) SR.
