The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals)  on Nama Chemicals Group due to its violation of CMA Instructions of the required discloser within the initial and annual financial results. The company failed to disclose ,within its initial financial results for the period closing on 30/06/2010, the emphasis of a matter mentioned in the external auditor’s report on the costs of the under construction and development projects.
