The Capital Market Authority approved Saudi International Petrochemical Company request to increase its capital through issuance of bonus shares

The CMA has approved Saudi International Petrochemical Company request to increase its capital from SR 3,333,333,330 to SR 3,666,666,660 through issuing one bonus share for every existing ten shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the closing of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SR 333,333,330 from retained earnings to the company's capital. Consequently, increasing company's outstanding shares from 333,333,333 shares to 366,666,666 shares, by an increase of 33,333,333 shares. The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the close of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the company's board.
